My story isn’t that much different from most people who have, in a sense, let themselves go. Lunch: Salmon, Avocado and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
¼ medium avocado, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 medium tomato, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 (5-oz.) raw wild salmon fillet  (or 1(5-oz.) pouch wild pink salmon, boneless, skinless)
12 fresh cilantro sprigs, coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp. Citrus Vinaigrette

Directions

  • Preheat broiler to high.
  • Broil salmon for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily when tested with a fork. Place salmon on serving place; place in refrigerator to cool.
  • Combine avocado, tomato, and cilantro in a medium bowl. Drizzle with Citrus Vinaigrette, toss gently to blend.
  • Serve avocado mixture over salad.

Tip: You can find precooked salmon in a plastic pouch in the same aisle as canned tuna in the grocery store.

Ingredients
3 oz raw lean sirloin, cut into thin strips
¼ tsp. chili powder
Sea salt and ground black pepper (to taste; optional)
Nonstick cooking spray
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1/8 medium avocado, sliced
2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinaigrette

Directions

  • Season sirloin with chili powder, salt (if desired), and pepper (if desired). Set aside.
  • Heat medium skillet lightly coated with spray over medium-high heat.
  • Add sirloin; cook, stirring constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Place cabbage on a serving plate; top with sirloin and avocado
  • Drizzle with Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Hey guys, I’m back to share with you a fantastic inspirational Focus T25 video. I came across this Focus T25 video on my 4th week of doing the Focus T25 workout program. I was at a point during this week that even though I was getting and seeing results my motivation level was pretty low. This Focus T25 video really helped boost my motivation.

My favorite thing about this Focus T25 video is the genuine and real-life results they show. In the majority of other at-home workout videos they show you before and after pictures but you never see testimonials from the people pictured. This has always left me to speculate whether those results are real or if they are Photoshopped. There isn’t anything fake or deceiving about the results shown on this Focus T25 video. You not only see the before and after pictures, but you also get to see their real-life results and hear their success stories. You can’t Photoshop that.

I distinctly remember my jaw hitting the floor when I saw the Focus T25 results.
